Refund Policy
Effective August 24, 2026
- We'll refund the full price within 14 days of purchasing Pengo Plus, no reason needed. This is our contractual guarantee beyond your statutory rights: for digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal actually lapses as soon as the content is made available (Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code). Our guarantee applies regardless.
- Email [email protected] (the email you purchased with, or the transaction number from your confirmation, is enough), or use the link in the confirmation email from Paddle. We'll issue the refund through Paddle, who is the seller; the money is returned to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. You can also contact Paddle support directly.
- Once refunded, the license ends and you're no longer authorized to use the license key. (Let's be upfront about it: the key works offline, so we technically can't “switch it off.” We're relying on your fairness. We promise the same fairness in return.)
- This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. We consider refund requests made after the 14-day period on a case-by-case basis: just get in touch and we'll work something out.
